Online Taster Session – MLitt in Scottish Literature

On Monday 21 September at 8pm UK time (3pm EST), we’ll be running a free online taster session for anyone interested in hearing more about our MLitt in Scottish Literature.

We aim to offer this programme online in Autumn 2021, and this short ‘sample’ seminar will be of particular interest to those interested in studying remotely. (No previous experience in studying Scottish literature is required.)

Below are two videos briefly describing the Master’s programme, and previewing what we’ll be doing in the taster session itself, working with texts by Robert Burns, Irvine Welsh and Jackie Kay.

You are cordially invited!  If you’re keen to take part, make sure to sign-up via the Eventbrite link below the videos, and then download the short literary texts we’ll be discussing.

1. SIGN UP for this free online session via Eventbrite

2. DOWNLOAD the short literary texts

A few days before the online session, everyone who registers will receive an invitation to the webinar via email.

We look forward to seeing you there, and please do pass this invitation on to others who may be interested!
